Ingredients:

2 cups of water
2 medium bananas, mashed
1 egg
2 tbsp honey of your choice
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

4 ½ cups whole wheat flour + more for dusting

Baking sheets
Parchment paper
Stand mixer (or a hand mixer + a large bowl)
Wire cooling racks

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Combine water, bananas, egg, honey, and vanilla extract in the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix thoroughly on a medium setting to combine.
